The tragedies related were horrific and senseless. Yet through the techniques in this book, these people were, indeed, able to forgive. Forgiveness takes time and care, and there is no quick fix. This book is clearly a self help book, it can legit help you if you help yourself by reading it and trying to improve and master your skills formed by the advice that Fred Luskin is giving. Dr. Fred Luskin talks in every chapter about resentment and how to forgive others and yourself with examples of personalities that come to his classes daily. So, it suggest his classes a lot which can become a bit annoying but if you pass through that, this book is actually so good.

Quite a bit of a boring read but this book hit home like no other self help book. The points that were made are so relatable that you will find yourself or your actions between the pages of this book. It gaved important, unread before advice on how to basically stop wasting your life on the past mistakes or the people that hurt you and just forgive them because that will ease your feelings about it and it will also transform your uncertain life into a positive one.
