Not that big of a fan of erotic novels, well… Anne Rice doesn’t count but this book was something else.
Myrna is a divorcée, about 35 yo, professor of technically sex at a university near Kansas City. She is currently in a hotel in Chicago holding a conference about sexual tension, holding a presentation of teasing whilst guitar solos are backround noises included by her for a special effect. After the presentation she goes to the hotel bar to unwind a bit and finds her favourite band having a drink so she asks if she can sit with them. The rest is history because her crush, the frontman of the band Brian is there single and not ready to mingle but ready enough to fall in love with her and to fuck her brains out.
” When Brian Sinclair, lead songwriter and guitarist of the hottest metal band on the scene, loses his creative spark, it will take nights of downright sinful passion to release his pent-up genius…”
“When sexy psychologist Myrna Evans goes on tour with the Sinners, every boy in the band tries to seduce her. But Brian is the only one she wants to get her hands on…”
The book is an easy reader but gosh the sex parts start from the beginning and never end. It feels hot af until you put the book down in another room so you can stop yourself from reading it and give your mind/body a break. Don’t read it outside your room! If you are into rockstars novels and wild sex literature this is clearly the book you should pick up next.
I didn’t quite liked it… The sex was amazing yes but the rockstar thing didn’t sell for me, I mean it was basic rockstar attitude, not a lot of insight about them, I just didn’t liked it. And the ex husband cliché? Well… cliché.
